Materva Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new Materva Troubleshoot Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact our support team and we will pass the request along.
Renewals
Subscription renewals after the first 30-day period are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel a subscription at any time from the Account page or via your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
